It would be nice to read about some of the ideas in more detail.
For example, what are the main causes and effects of transport pollution? How bad is air pollution in Palermo? What are alternative number plates and how does this system work? What is the congestion charge and do you have this in Palermo?
In London there is a congestion charge but I think the main purpose is to decrease trraffic in the city centre to ease congestion and not really about pollution at all. What do you think?
